During her twenty-six year career including 17 years in academics and 9 years in corporate, Dr Rekha Kashyap is currently working as Professor and Head, Computer Science Department at Inderprastha Engineering College, Ghaziabad, India. She started her career with IT firm Virgo Softech Ltd as a promoting govt and additionally worked as Production Manager, software system and card division. Dr Rekha Kashyap did her Ph. D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi in 2012. M.Tech in Software Engineering and B.E. in Computer Engineering and from Devi Ahiliya University, Indore, India in 2005 and 1992 respectively. Dr Kashyap research has been published in leading journals(including Springer, Wiley, Inderscience etc.), and in proceedings of various peer-reviewed conferences in India and abroad. She is member of many International societies including IEEE, CSI(Computer Society of India), Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE) and International Association of Engineers (IAENG). Wanyang Dai received his Ph.D. from Georgia Institute of Technology, USA. He was an MTS and principal investigator in AT&T Bell Labs (currently Nokia Bell Labs), USA. He is currently a distinguished professor in China based Nanjing University, President & CEO of U.S. Based (Quantum-Computing & Block chain) SIR Forum (Industrial 6.0 Forum), President of Jiangsu Probability & Statistical Society in China, Chairman of Jiangsu Big Data-Block chain and Smart Information Special Committee in China. Abir El Shaban is a human who's rich in soul and spirit. She finds ultimate joy in helping others succeed, reach their full potentials and feel good about themselves. She’s also an engaging speaker. She won the People’s Choice Award as the best speaker at Washington State University. Academically, Abir holds a PhD in Education and a Graduate Certificate in Applied Educational Research Methods from Washington State University (WSU). She has more than 10 years of teaching experience overseas and in the USA. She taught at universities such as WSU, University of Idaho, the University of Illinois and others, and coached K12 teachers how to integrate technology in their pedagogy. Abir also presented in more than 28 conferences and published a few research articles. Currently, she’s in the process of editing her narrative book that highlights specific experiences to eliminate some stereotypes about North America.

Rui Carvalho holds a Graduation in Economics at ISCTE-IUL and a Master of Philosophy degree in Electric Engineering and Computer Science at Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon and works a freelancer at the moment. Rui has 10 years of experience as researcher in Economics (3 years in Innovation Economics, 1/2 years in creation of pensions’ simulator and 7 to 8 years studying specialization), 6 years as researcher in IT (4 years Master Degree, research papers in Artificial intelligence and 2 years to study renewable sources of energy, a specific technology, at INESC-ID). In 2005 (18 to 21 April) he presented a paper entitled “A Multiagent Systems Approach for Managing Supply-Chain Problems: a learning perspective”, (Carvalho, R. and Custódio, L.) at the Conference “Integration of Knowledge Intensive Multi-Agent Systems”, in Massachusetts, USA. He also has experience in consultancy, as writer and as a very small farmer because he is very interested in environmental conservation.

Palak Sehgal is currently studying at Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto. She completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) from a renowned university in India and decided to explore the field of finance further in Canada. Before her MBA, she worked in corporate finance roles in various organizations. She also enrolled in CPA to broaden her scope and understand finance and accounting extensively. She thought that she was too focussed on finance and wanted to get a more holistic view of the business world, which is why she decided to pursue MBA. Zabihollah Rezaee is the Thompson-Hill Chair of Excellence, PhD coordinator and Professor of Accountancy at the University of Memphis and has served a two-year term on the Standing Advisory Group (SAG) of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB). He received his BS degree from the Iranian Institute of Advanced Accounting, his MBA from Tarleton State University in Texas, and his PhD from the University of Mississippi. Dr. Rezaee holds ten certifications, including Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Professor Rezaee has published over 230 articles and made more than 240 presentations, written 12 books and been invited as keynote speaker on business sustainability, corporate governance and Forensic. He is the editor of the Journal of Forensic Accounting Research. He has published four books on business sustainability and his most recent book is “Business Sustainability in Asia” published by John Wily and Sons in March 2019.

Koryagina, associate professor of Academic Department of Management Theory and Business Technologies of Plekhanov Russian University of Economics, visited the international qualification upgrading courses entitled:"Business, yoga and innovative technologies" in Mount Abu, India Also Inga carried out several inreactive lectures on the topic "How to be an expert in international communications" and was invited to an educational tour of the south India, to Coimbatore, to give lectures and master-classes both for students and professionals. According to the results of October 24 the educational community city of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, represented by the Chairman of the RVS Group of Institutions, Dr. K. V. Kuppuswami, awarded Inga A. Koryagina an honorary diploma: "Jewel of Value Education" and invited her to come with a lecture course next year.

Shakira Fareed is currently working as a lecturer in Accounting & Finance Department. She joined IoBM in August, 2016 as a Research Associate in Marketing Department. From February 2017 to December 2017 worked as research associate in Accounting & Finance Department. She also worked in academia as student councilor and secondary teacher at Groom Well School. She was the coordinator of Capstone Projects also work on capstone Database Development and Management. James Bush, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Tennesssee. He completed his M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University. He is the Program Director of Youth Overcoming Drug Abuse as well as a managing partner of Bush Counseling Services. For years, his efforts have concentrated on the growing adolescent population within the Middle Tennessee area and surrounding counties, which has led to service through community events, and partnerships with various organizations. Joy Lynn Legaspi is an Associate Professor and works at De La Salle University-Manila. She holds a BS in Accountancy and a Certified Public Accountant. She is a graduate of Advanced Professional Diploma in Management Studies at City of London College, Master of Business Administration at Birmingham City University, United Kingdom and Doctor of Philosophy in Business Administration at Wesleyan University-Philippines. She has presented an abstract on “Evaluating Management Accounting Tools in SMEs: Issues and Evidence” at the International House, 2018 International Symposium on Business and Management Conference in Osaka, Japan and “Does Management Accounting Information Meet the Needs of SMEs?” An Investigation of Its Usefulness from Manufacturing Enterprise” at the 5th International Conference on Management Research and Advances in Accounting 2018, Langkawi Malaysia. She grew up in province of Nueva Ecija which is best known for being the “Rice Granary of the Philippines” and passionate about teaching, research, travel, and commitment to expanding the body of knowledge, especially in the area of Management Accounting.

Tetsuya Kaji is Assistant Professor of Econometrics and Statistics at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Kaji works at the intersections of economics, statistics, and machine learning. His research is directed toward the development of practical solutions to applied econometric problems, statistical assessment of these solutions, and fundamental understanding of nonstandard econometric problems. Recent projects include the study of empirical processes, semiparametric foundations of weak identification, incorporation of estimation error in financial risk management, and effective adaptation of artificial intelligence techniques in economic applications. Kaji was among the first to receive the interdisciplinary PhD in Economics and Statistics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also holds a MA in Economics from the University of Tokyo. He joined the Chicago Booth faculty in 2018.

Naluggwa Zubedah is currently working for Century Bottling Company/ Coca-cola Beverage Africa; she is a marketing Professional with more than 6 years of solid customer and business enterprise/ marketing experience. She is also well versed in developing and implementing profitable customer value positions to the market that drives sales and revenue. She has a passion and respect for customers; which has driven her throughout her carrier. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in procurement and supply chain management and a Diploma in procurement and supply chain management, a certificate in Business Administration/Accounting. She is a leader and a coordinator in (YWMA) Young Women Moslem Association of Female employees at Century Bottling Company.

I joined the Accounting, Finance & Law Division at School of Management as a Senior Lecturer in Finance in October 2017, having previously been a Lecturer in Finance at University of Essex and Aston University. My primary research field is in empirical corporate finance, especially related to dividend policy, corporate liquidity management and capital structure. Current research focuses on (1) how firms manage their liquid assets and how the real effects of financial markets influence corporate decision making and (2) alternative finance for SMEs and entrepreneurs. My work has been published in several international journals, such as Journal of Corporate Finance. I have been an ad-hoc reviewer for several internationally well-established journals and conferences, such as Journal of Corporate Finance, British Accounting Review, International Review of Financial Analysis, International Journal of Banking, Accounting and Finance, Financial Management Association Annual Meeting, Financial Management Association European Conference, and INFINITI

Prof Dr Erik Strauss is a full professor of management accounting and control at the Witten/Herdecke University. His main research interests and publications are on the roles of management accountants, management control systems and management accounting change. He is also the academic director of the “Schmalenbach Working Group for Integrated Planning” which is focusing on the exchange of best practices between research and corporate practice.
