To assist participants with their visa applications, we provide the following support documents:

• Official Letter of Invitation
• Official Letter of Abstract Acceptance
• Payment Receipt

Important Points:

• The Official Letter of Invitation will be issued only after successful registration and payment for the conference.
• Visa Letters can only be issued for individuals accepted to attend the conference.

To arrange for a Visa Letter, please get in touch with our Program Manager, Mr. Aleaxnder, at scientificsummit@conferencesinternational.org.

To request your Visa Letter, please provide:

• Your name as it appears on your passport
• A scanned copy of your passport (for passport number and date of birth)
• The Abstract Acceptance letter (for presenters)
