Magnus S. Magnusson, Ph.D., Research Professor Emeritus, founder, and director of the Human Behavior Laboratory, University of Iceland.  The author of the T-Pattern Self-similarity Theory and the dedicated THEME^TM T-Pattern detection and Analysis (TPA) software (PatternVision.com) initially focused on the real-time organization of behavior. Co-directed the two-year Icelandic Research Council project “DNA analysis with Theme”. International conference talks and keynotes in ethology, neuroscience, mathematics, psychiatry, religion, proteomics, A.I., and nanoscience. Deputy director, Anthropology Laboratory, 1983-1988 in the Museum of Mankind, National Museum of Natural History, Paris. Then repeatedly invited Professor at the University of Paris VIII, XIII, and V until 1993. Works in the formalized inter-university collaboration network MASI, between 38 European and American universities initiated in 1995 in the University Rene Descartes Paris V, Sorbonne based on “Magnusson’s analytical model”.

Anh Bourcet Nguyen is a global healthcare leader bringing 15 years of experience in Asia-Pacific and Europe, in the private and public sectors (Abbott, J&J; French Safety Agency). She is passionate about making an impact on patient care, by enabling change and better access to innovations. Her various roles in Medical Affairs, Health Economics & Market Access and Regulatory Policy, across diagnostics, medical devices and pharmaceutical industries, enable her to have a broad perspective on different levers of market access. 

Her most recent positions were in the leadership for Market Access & Policy Shaping Strategy in Orthopedics and Diagnostics, while establishing the function in the latter. She is past Founding Chair of the Asia-Pacific Medical Technology Association Digital Health Committee Reimbursement Working Group, where she led the industry effort in shaping the external environment to drive access for Digital Health Technologies. Always keen to support innovations, she has trained and mentored HealthTech start-ups for the last 4 years. Lastly, she is the founder of Health Access Solutions (HAS-3P), a market access consultancy agency.

Data-driven, she has authored and reviewed many research & policy publications and spoken in various scientific and healthcare conferences to advance knowledge & collaboration.

Anh holds a PhD cum laude in Medicinal Chemistry from Paris VI & “Chimie ParisTech” Universities (France), and an Executive Business Master in Health Industry Management, ESSEC Business School (France).  She graduated from Ecole Normale Superieure, France.
