Biography: I am Mehdi Khodamoradi, a young faculty member (Assistant Professor) at Kermanshah University of Medical Sciences, Kermanshah, Iran. I have B.Sc. in Radiology (from Shahid Beheshti University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran), M.Sc. in Anatomical Sciences (from Mashhad University of Medical Sciences, Mashhad, Iran), and Ph.D. in Neuroscience (from Kerman University of Medical Sciences, Kerman, Iran). I have experienced a period of internship at Cognitive Brain Mapping Laboratory, RIKEN Brain Science Institute, Japan (2011). I have also participated with a presentation at three IBRO/APRC Neuroscience School at Tehran, Iran (2013), Varanasi, India (2015), and Chandigarh, India (2016). My favorite research areas are the linking between learning and memory mechanisms, sleep loss and addictive behaviors using experimental (rodent) models.

She then designed ‘Laughter Therapy' which is being used in many places such as hospitals and Senior Activity Centres. She provides individual and group therapy in educational and home settings. A former Manager / Trainer is now engaging in building social awareness about Holistic approach for recovery. Be it Depression, Anxiety caused by physical or emotional pain, Death in the family and the harm the unhappiness brings to people, families and communities. Her aim is to encourage people to seek help early and get on the path to recovery. Her works have been featured in local press, TV and Radio and have been an invited speaker at various community clubs and educational Institutions. She has also been awarded by MINDS and various community clubs in recognition of her social work.

Biography: Dr. Lankster has 20 years of healthcare experience, 14 years of mental health experience, and 3 years of licensure as a clinical psychologist. She graduated from the American School of Professional Psychology and has undergraduate degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of West Alabama. She has published literature on trauma, CBT, cultural issues, and more. Dr. Lankster is also a peer reviewer for the National Institute of Justice and the Journal of Rural Mental Health. Currently, she specializes in and researches issues surrounding community and mass trauma, rural mental health, culture related issues, and child therapy.
