Biography: Bei Li is a nurse holding a BSc in nursing and currently pursuing a Master degree major in the community nursing at the Nursing School of Peking University, Beijing, China. She has nearly 2 years clinical practice experiences in the hospital and community health service center. She has an article about “The current situation of nursing practice environment and its influences on work engagement among community nurses” which has been accepted by the Nursing Journal of Chinese Pepole’s Liberation Army.
