Sarah has a vast amount of experience adapting workforce roles, skills and competencies to meet the needs of the patients and organizations which she has served. Throughout her career she has been committed to meet these challenges by driving improvement; empowering staff and engaging stakeholders and is keen to utilise new technologies to upskill the workforces’ knowledge and skills with simulation and virtual reality.
