Dr DILLIP KUMAR BISOYI
Dr. Dillip Kumar Bisoyi has completed his PhD on the Topic “ Small Angle X-ray Scattering (SAXS) study on cellulose (cotton) – Using correlation functions” from NIT Rourkela affiliated to Sambalpur University, Odisha, India in the year 1991 and engaged with postdoctoral studies at Department of Physiics & Astronomy, NIT Rourkela(Earlier called REC Rourkela), Rourkela, India since then along with his teaching job some where else. He was the Head for the Department of Physics & Astronomy National Institute of Technology Rourkela (NIT Rourkela), Rourkela, INDIA during 2012 to 2015. He works as an Associate Professor, Departemnt of Physics & Astronomy, NIT Rourkela, Rourkela, India . He has published more than 40 papers in Internationally reputed journals. He had done the research on “Conformational study of alpha-Lactalbumin and beta-Lactalbumin mediated by Metal and Metal Oxide nanoparticles” sanctioned by Department of Biotechnology as Co-PI. He got a CSIR Travel Grant Award for attending RAPID DATA 2013 course work in Brookhaven National Laboratory, New-York and IUCR- Young Scientist Award to attend 8th BCA (British Crystallography Association) intensive course in X-ray structural analysis held at Durhum University (U.K). He done research work on Polymer Composites, Nano-Biocomposites, Metal – Oxide Nano Particles, Small Angle X-Ray Scattering, Structural Biology, Macromolecular X-ray crystallography etc.
