Title: Descriptive pilot study of the evolution of genitourinary symptoms with gynecological laser treatment

Abstract:

Vaginal discomfort, related to genitourinary syndrome affects a large number of women, and is responsible for a significant deterioration in their quality of life. As such, its management represents a public health issue. The CO2 laser is now part of the therapeutic arsenal, it is an effective alternative, without adverse effects, with is raising growing interest. The objective of my study is to evaluate the effectiveness of the fractional ablative CO2 laser in the treatment of genitourinary symptoms, based on a descriptive pilot study carried out in my office.
