Dr. Kumar S K is Scientist E in the department of Ethnoveterinary Sciences and Practices in the Trans-disciplinary University (TDU) Bangalore. He holds MD degree in Ayurveda Pharmacology (Dravya Guna Shastra), PGDCR (Post graduate diploma in Clinical research) from Cranfield University, UK and PGDOH (Post Graduate deploma in One Health) from Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University. He worked in the area of experimental research of Ayurvedic medicines such as invivo and invitro for drug standardization. He also worked as Technical advisor for pharma industry for development of formulation for clinical application. In 2010 January joined TDU as a part of the team for documentation, assessment and promotion of ethnoveterinary practices. He also involoved in development of curriculum for post graduate diploma in Ethno veterinary Practices (PGDEVP) and certificate programme in EVP along with Tamilnadu Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (TANUVAS), Chennai, India. He is also a part of the group promoting ethno-veterinary practices through training veterinarians & farmers in South India, Holland and Portugal, which is important to reduce the indiscriminate use of antibiotics and veterinary drugs. He also developing and establishing the Principle of Ayurveda in Veterinary Practices. He has 7 communications in international conferences and written few article in health magazines. He is having 8 publications in national and international journals. He has organized 5 International conference on Ethnoveterinary medicines and Veterinary Ayurveda. Having 15 years experience in authentic Ayurveda practice. He has travelled Srilanka, Brazil, Bolivia, France, Portugal, Germany, Holland and Switzerland to deliver lectures and speech on Veterinary Ayurveda and Ethnoveterinary medicines.

working as a scientist of animal science under Krishi Vigyan Kendra system in Tonk district of Rajasthan, India. I was born on 15 February 1981 at Salabad a small village of district Buland shahar of Uttar Pradesh, India. I have total 09 years experience in teaching, research and extension during 04 year college teaching and 05 year research and extension work in Krishi Vigyan Kendra for the technology transfer at farmer’s field. I have published total 52 research papers, 19 articles, 14 abstracts and 08 books edited. I have got 08 scientific awards at national and international level. I am the member of 08 scientific bodies and journals. I have attended 12 national and international seminars and invited as a speaker many times. I have organized 2 international conferences in 2009 and 2015. I have invited as external expert to conduct via-va of graduates and postgraduates exams. I have broadcast about 120 radio talks by the community radio and radio Akashvani Rajasthan.
