The direct influence of a workforce in determining an organization's purpose can be as much, and, sometimes even more of a reason for an individual to enthusiastically and wholeheartedly work at a company as the financial compensation they receive. B2B buying habits have been evolving independent of the pandemic, and manufacturers must adopt strategies and technologies that also address the following ongoing trends. Servitization is a business model, wherein manufacturers, i.e product-focused businesses aim to become a solution-based business. The goal of this transition is to create new revenue streams as well as to strengthen customer relationships. As someone who has spent his life engaged in driving growth at every level of business operation, it's always been evident to me that to be successful and meaningful to all stakeholders, a corporation needs positive purpose if it hopes to achieve sustainable profitability. Creating accurate project proposals takes a lot of time and resources. You have to gather information from lots of different departments and people. There are a couple ways this can go from there.
