Obesity and Weight Management to be a strong factor for becoming more illness with Covid-19, Obesity decreases lung capacity. Obesity is more dangerous when it comes to Covid-19 patients because the fat accumulation and deposition of unnecessary fat happens in the wrong places where in Oral region and Upper chest cavity the unnecessary fat accumulation leads to improper breathing and damage of lung alveoli. If the accumulation of unnecessary fat in the liver area skeletal muscle leads to the decreases of strength and decrease the Diseases fighting capacity

Overweight and Obese people have a higher risk of both chronic physical illness and mental illness. Psychiatric disorders are highly dominating in the people who seek obesity treatment. Mental depression and anxiety are the major psychiatric disorders faced by obese people.

Obesity results from interactions between environmental and genetic components. In spite of a relatively high heritability of common, non-syndromic obesity (40–70%), the search for genetic variations contributing to susceptibility has been a challenging task. Genome wide association (GWA) studies have significantly changed the pace of detection of common genetic susceptibility variations. To date, more than 40 genetic variations have been associated with obesity and fat distribution. In any case, since these variations do not fully explain the heritability of obesity, other forms of variation, such as epigenetics marks, must be considered. Epigenetic marks, or “imprinting”, influence gene expression without actually changing the DNA sequence. Disappointments in imprinting are known to cause extreme shapes of obesity, but have moreover been convincingly related with susceptibility to obesity. Moreover, environmental exposures during critical developmental periods can influence the profile of epigenetic marks and result in obesity.

Nutriepigenomics nutritional imbalances during gestation and lactation results to the Obesity, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, and cancer as well. If metabolic disturbances occur at critical time of the life stages then the epigenetic alterations takes place which results in permanent changes in tissues and structures of the Organs and results in dysfunction to individuals to disease.

Bariatric surgery is also known as Weight loss and metabolic surgery. These terms are used in order to reflect the impact of these operations on patients’ weight and the health of their metabolism (breakdown of food into energy). In addition to their ability to treat obesity, these operations are very effective in treating diabetes, high blood pressure, sleep apnea and high cholesterol, among many other diseases. These operations also have an ability to prevent future health problems. The benefits allow patients with obesity who choose to undergo treatment to enjoy a better quality of life and a longer and healthy lifespan.

In people with diabetes, insufficient insulin controls the body from getting glucose from the blood into the body's cells. When this happens, the body starts burning fat and the reduction of energy happens in the muscle, hence it results in overall body weight loss. Type 2 diabetes is more common and yet harmful to the human blood cells and mostly found in Indians compared to the western population due to genetic factors. Changes in the Behavioural and Environmental factors causes obesity that leads to stress and inadequate sleep.

Symptoms of Diabetes
