Healthcare Associated infections are increasing day by day.They are basically contamination individuals get while they are accepting healthcare for other conditions.Its occurrence is seen in many places including medical clinics,mobile careful focuses,renal malady offices and long term care offices.It is one of the critical reason for disease and demise.It can be brought about by microorganisms,parasitic infections or other less basic pathogens.It negatives affects financial and therapeutic results.1 in every 25 patients have a contamination care disease.

For eg let’s talk about Catheters.For eg we all know about post covid mucormycosis Mucormycosis also previously called as zygormycosis is a serious but rare fungal infection caused by a group of molds called mucormycetes.These molds live throughout the environment.Now comes the part where general population these days have felt a little more attention in 7th grade could have helped.Heres why,in 7th grade we were given a project to grow mold on bread.Yes it’s the same one.It has a very high mortality rate.It can cause permanent blindness,deafness or disfigurement.It grows well in moisture.There by making lips and nose the breeding ground for it.In covid many patients are given steroids which leads to increase in blood sugar or who are diabetes are more prone.Repeated insertion of tubes,nasal canulas for oxygen and airways fiddling leads to the growth of these molds and it is supported by the increased blood sugar.The following symptoms should be reported to a physician as soon as possible

Abstract:
Genomics has led in an era of P4 medicine i.e. predictive, preventive and personalized and participatory medicine wherein it is hoped that not too far in the future there would be a paradigm shift in the practice of medicine from a generalized symptomatic approach to an individualized approach based on his or her genetic makeup. Several approaches are being attempted to identify genetic variations like HLA DRB1 that are responsible for various Human traits which are susceptibility to diseases and differential response to drugs, however, have met with only a limited success. Ayurveda, an ancient Indian system of medicine documented and practiced in India since 1500 B.C has personalized approach towards management of health and disease. According to this system, every individual is born with his or her own basic constitution, termed Prakriti which to a great extent determines inter individual variability in susceptibility to diseases and response to external environment, diet and drugs.

Sunil Pal has completed his Graduation at the age of 24 years from Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences (Bangalore), India. He is now pursuing Post graduation in Internal Medicine (Ayurveda) from Maharashtra University of Health Sciences (Nashik), India. He has over 7 publications in his Post graduation academics period.
